The Power of Push Goals

If you want to transform your life quickly, then you need to know about push goals.

I think it was 2015 when I first heard of the concept of ‘push goals’ from speaker Chalene Johnson at a conference I was attending. Chalene is a fitness guru and knows a thing or two about transformation.

Okay, so why is it so important that you know about push goals? What is a push goal anyway?

A push goal is a special kind of goal that helps you achieve all of your other goals.

Think of it like the domino effect.

Health is a push goal (and it’s one that I’m really focusing on this year).

Why? Without your health it’s pretty hard to enjoy anything in your life… so focusing on your health is a push goal, because when your health is good everything else in your life tends to be better too. And even if you’re facing challenges in life, when your health is good you have more energy to tackle the obstacles you face and find positive solutions. But without vibrant health, everything is so much harder.

Financial abundance is a push goal too. When you have financial abundance so many obstacles are much easier to overcome. Even some health obstacles are easier with the financial means to get the best treatments available and to take time out for self care.

Meditation and mindfulness are also push goals. When your mind and nervous system are calm, you can think so much more clearly. And clear thinking can positively affect nearly everything you do.

In my opinion, the ultimate push goal is belief alignment. (No surprises there!)

Making sure your subconscious beliefs are aligned with your conscious desires is one of the best push goals you can have. Because when you fully get your brain’s immense subconscious processing power behind everything that you do, then your progress is amplified and accelerated so much that the leaps forward you make can feel miraculous.
